im surprised to see they are considering other options like garcia instead of vick, when they say they want there franchise to build aroudn him. i doubt this will happen, yet its interesting that they are thinking about it.

I seriously doubt Garcia would go there. The Browns and Bucs are both interested. Why would he pass up places that he would likely start for somewhere that already has a franchise QB...
