Auction League Forming (maybe on Cafe)

I am going to try to start up a new auctionleague. I am going to do it on yahoo so it is free. My plan is probably 10 or 12 people. Scoring will be normal Yahoo. I will try to get us a Forum here on the CAFE (if possible). If interested post on this thread, and try to suggest a league name.

can you explain an auction league?

Here is what this league will use:

$200 dollar cap
Starters of 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1K, 1D
16 draft rounds

For each round, Every League Member will Nominate a Player , the Round lasts until 24 hours after the last team nominates a player. Every bid starts at $1 then teams may bid as much as they want, stay under a $200 cap for 16 players.
