hes only a year older than garcia (brad is 35, garcia is 34) everyone forgets how old jeff is because he entered the league at like 30.

i knwo that, but that also means he hasnt really taken the beating over as many years as garcia. and in reality, brad looks much less fresh than garcia ;-D

yeah ill end the quote, but i agree if they want youth, look elsewhere, but then again, i still think hed be good for the bucs as of now, but they should consider drafting a young QB who can be brought up behind garcia.

but of course im a wee bit bias in supporting him to go to the bucs...wonder why :-)

...The long quote continues...

Jeff Garcia is the type of QB Jon Gruden favors (I guess) - a lot more like Rich Gannon than Brad Johnson ever will be.

Anyway, Cleveland low-balled Tim Couch on his contract offer last I heard. I think Butch Davis said only one of Couch/Holcomb would be a Brown next season to avoid any further QB controversies.

Signing Garcia is something that was much needed in Cleveland. As far as the increase in value of their WRs...hmmmm...

Morgan - Talented WR but can't hold onto the ball. He'll need more than a new QB to make it up to #1 status.

D'Cutt - Very talented and now stuck in Cleveland. If he sucks it up and takes his position like a man he will do great things with Garcia's help

A.Davis - Hopefully will see more playing time now. Talented guy, but just needs to get more chances. If Morgan continues to fail, look for Davis to step up.

C.Jones - A name most, if not all of you haven't heard yet. He did some amazing things on PR/KR and during preseason last year. The release of KJ put him a lil closer to making the A team. I think we'll start to see him show up next year. This is a guy I'd mark down as a sleeper. I'd keep my eye on him this upcoming season because I'm sure he'll be draft worthy come the 2005 season. ;-D

now let's get some Big Boys for the Oline so we can start climbing back up outta da cellar!!

Thanks for the input, Slow. Gotta love the insider info like C. Jones.
