Jackson remains a hawk, Duce in Pitt, Streets to the Lions, Robinson to Minny. (maybe a reliable #2 finally) Surprised at Duce and DJ... rweally surprised at the birds getting DJ for another 6 years.

I'm not. He wants to play for a real Super Bowl Contender. ;-D

Personally, I wouldn't call Seattle a contender.

I gotta agree. There is a lot of buzz about the hawks out here, but there is the same buzz every year. They are a few moves away from contention in my mind. They have a shot at improving this year but not at the prize just yet.

I do believe they will be better than the Rams or 49ers. So being divison champs hopfully with a couple of home games, and you never know. IMO there is no true NFC power house. there are good teams, but no team is truely a #1.

I can't believe you actually have a pic of Shawn Springs as your avatar. I couldn't stand the guy. I'm glad to see him go. In a few years maybe you can say the same thing about him that I do now.

Considering the parity ensuing in the NFL, why can't Seattle compete for the NFC championship?

I don't want to hijack this thread, but what 2 or 3 other teams have a strangle hold on late postseason play in the NFC?

Seattle may not be the most dominate, but they are very competitive.
