Ok, if another team makes an offer and signs bulger, they have to give up a 1st and 3rd rd pick. I don't see anyone willing to give that much up at this point for him.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the Rams have options at quarterback. The team's starting quarterback, Marc Bulger, is a restricted free agent, which means that the Rams would receive first and third-round picks as compensation in the event that he signs with a new team.
