Henson: Rookie or Free Agent

How is everyone approaching this for their leagues. My league is having this debate about whether Henson is a rookie or a FA. I think he should be a rook, but that's just my opinion.

In my dynasty league, we decided that you could make a FA claim on Henson, but if he went back in to the draft this year he would go into the rookie draft in our league and the team that picked him up would lose him and not retain the cash they paid. A gamble if you will, much like the real NFL.

Now that he's signed w/ the Cowboys, that player gets to retain him.
