That's not a bad idea Flux. Get Kitna, trade down from the #1 spot, accumulate some extra picks, draft a top flight WR, and start filling in those holes.

Interesting use of the word FOR instead of TO. Yeah I guess LT is worth about the entire Bears franchise.

Are you kidding?

Whoever got the Bears would definitely get a raw deal. ;-)

Speaking of Bears, where's Mike Ditka when you'd like to trade your No.1 draft pick away for everything AND the kitchen sink.

The Bears turned it down, they already have the A-train and Thomas Jones.

The Bears aren't going anywhere anytime soon with the team they're intending on fielding. Why not start over by shipping everyone off to sunny San Diego for the best young RB in the game? Makes perfect sense to me. ...SD should probably demand a few draft picks, too - if you ask me.

If LT2 can do what he can with the scrubs in San Diego, he could still do mighty fine with the Arena league reject players Chicago could sign to replace the other 52 players.

San Diego can pick and choose the above average players between themselves and the new Chicago players and could quite possibly field a .500 team next season.

...Everyone is happy. :-D

Personally I like Big ben more and think he will make a great pro... I saw this coming earlier when Eil had his workout I think it was in New Orleans and a lot of the player personnel people said Jp Losman looked a lot sharper than Eli.

I like Big Ben over Eli, too.

...The Manning family is hard to pass up, though.

Big Benny Roethlisberger is the man, I too favor him over Eli although I think Eli will go first b/c of his pedigree.
