Sign a ten year veteran who's skills are questionable at best instead of drafting a rookie for their "Plug'n'Play 1000 yard back system" they already have set up? What a stupid move! Makes more sense to me to go get Olandis Gary back if you want an old worthless guy with injuries. At least he proved his value in Denver already.
i dont get why a lot of teams are getting the older sporadic players and not going for younger ones with more potential. anyway it should be interesting to see what he makes of this.
Hearst is weak, but in Denver he'll prolly still break 1000...barely. I expect it to be an RBBC. Tatum Bell would have been a real good fit there, but whats done is done.

I think that's exactly what's going to happen. Hearst was brought in as a safety blanket in case Q-Tip or Galloway or whoever they end up drafting doesn't pan out. I doubt Hearst can handle a full workload at this stage in his career anyways. Denver knows that.
By no way does this mean that one of them doesn't still emerge as the starting RB. Two years ago we all thought that T.Davis was coming back and when he didn't I couldn't have thought that anyone on Denver was going to be worth anything. Denver breads RB's and they still have yet to draft and that maybe where your sleeper if found.
