According to the Denver Post, and this is speculation by a sportswriter (the same one who predicted the Bailey/Portis trade), Denver most likely will be taking a WR and RB with their first two picks and if by chance Kevin Jones is there at #24, Denver would take him.

So, although I have faith in Denver's running game, I have no clue who will be getting those yards. I doubt it will be Hearst though.

He's such a great all around player, I'm sure they feel he can teach Griffen, Galloway, and whatever rookie they take in the draft (I do think they'll take one) a lot about the game. Anderson is good but doesn't have all of the skills that Hearst does/did.

Shannahan feels the Bronco's need some veteran leadership.....that's the role Hearst is filling. Don't expect anything more from him then that.

Hearst is weak, but in Denver he'll prolly still break 1000...barely. I expect it to be an RBBC. Tatum Bell would have been a real good fit there, but whats done is done.

anybody can do well in denver
