cranberries... is the state juice now cranberry juice? they kill one state symbol and mutilate it for the other? thats like smashing a ruffed grouse(PA's bird) with a keystone- a big rock, part of our motto... and making juice.

Man, they settled for the cranberry. I bet they didn't want to be associated with a fruit that is sometimes harvested in a big flooded bog full of gunk. Yuck!

Question is.. how'd you know he was born in WI?

Well my grandfather, among other amazing things, was a saxophonist in various Jazz bands in Wisconsin back in the 1930's, and he played in a band which included the then unknown Liberace on piano. On a historical note, Libarace normally played in the classical style, and this was probably one of the only times he was a member of a jazz band, or so my grandpa told me.
