If your favorite team had #1 pick...

If your team had the #1 pick, who do you think they would take?

Though the Eagles need a CB and LB, none are worth taking at the number 1 pick. They'd probably try to trade down to a spot where they can grab the top CB on their board, but if no trade happened, I'd say they would have to go with Larry Fitzgerald.

I would want the Dolphins to take Gallary, even though Manning would be on the board.

this is tough because the benglas had a pretty good rushing offense this year... hmmmmmmmm... id hope they would trade down and try to take the top CB or Saftey on the board, but if they HAD to pick 1 id pick gallery to help palmer out with as much time as possible.

Hmm, if the Eagles had the #1 pick...

I'd keep trading down, asking for 2nd rounders for teams that wanted to swap. I'd stop somewhere in the middle like say #16. Then draft Stephen Jackson, just so the Broncos draft Kevin Jones and Dallas gets denied both these guys. I figure to get down that far you could trade down to NYG so they can take manning, then either trade down to cleveland so they can take gallery, trade to Pitt. so they can get one of the big 3 QBs, or buffalo if they last that long.

So, its realistic to have at least 3 early picks in the 2nd round. With those I'd address actual team needs, drafting Colbert/Jenkins, Dansby, and an O-lineman who survives this long, maybe Carey or Smiley.

I agree. I think they would take Gallery, Taylor or Fitz if they had to pick.

Nice to see some love for Dallas! I would want to take Gallery. If trading down was a possibility that would also make a little sense with the RB and CB needs, but I would prefer taking Gallery and trading Allen for more picks or to move up in the 2nd round.

This would also cause other scenarios such as Dallas would have pursued Dillon a lot more if they had the first pick and made other moves in FA. Pick up Dillon and take Gallery, Damn!
