Since Seattle doesn't particulary need Gallery, Fitzgerald, or Manning, I'd probably have to agree with aww and say Taylor.

Well, if the Packers had the #1 pick, I'd like them see them trade the #1 and Mike McKenzie to Arizona for the #3 pick and Arizona's 2nd round pick. With the first rounder... Sean Taylor, second rounder fom Arizona, Will Poole or JP Losman. ;-D
Not bloody likely!

Unless Buffalo is playing UNC, Wake Forest, West Carolina, UConn, and Duke this year, I'd have to disagree.

Indianapolis would take a D-Lineman,I hope. They need a speed rusher to compliment Freeney, but at #1? I say they'd go Gallery and move Meadows to OG.

Well, Hawk, I think Eli and Ben are much safer QB picks, but I'm also high on Rivers. Nowhere near the #1 pick, but I personally think he has great leadership and huge upside. He's been downrated somewhat because of his "unorthodox" delivery, but with Eli going quick, I'd be tempted to pick him over Ben, and I actually rated Rothleisberger over Manning towards season's end. It's just the more I learn about Rivers, the more I love the guy. Really, I think all three should have a great future in the NFL, and their ultimate success could play out in any order.

I'm not saying that Rivers is a bad QB, or that he is definitely not better than Roethlisberger. I'm just saying that there's no way he's better than Manning and there's no way he's close to a #1 overall selection, and I cited his weak schedule as a reason.

Point taken, Manning is the consensus top rookie QB right now. Like I said, all three should have good NFL careers. And, a college schedule, as I'm sure you know, is a rather weak way to evaluate a QB, scouts know better. I'd still rate Rivers #3 coming into the draft, however I think he has the highest risk/reward potential of the three top QBs. As I said, #1, no way, but somebody's gonna be happy when he falls... (Pittsbugh?).

I'm not evaluated Rivers by the weak teams he played. I'm just saying that most people rate him highly because he looked very good and put up solid numbers against weaker colleges.
