Gonzo= Trent Green
Shockey= Kerry Collins
Sharpe= Plummer
Heap= Boller (but here Heap is the only show in town!)

Young inexperienced QB's
Leftwich= Who is Jax tight end????
Boller=Heap
Ramsey= who was the Skins TE?
Grossman= did not go to D. Clark when he came in
Q. Carter= Whitten??
Delhome= Who was Carolinas TE?

Young, inexperienced QB go to the TE more is a FARCE!

Yea but the top guys are not good because of their QBs they are just good. If you notice the backup QB and younger QBs go to their TEs more, it doesn't make those TEs better. When Doug Johnson was getting some of his first starts in this season he looked to Crumpler early and often.

If I am a betting man, and I am, I bet that Shockey Fantasy Points Per Game drop this year as a result of Manning.

Nobody is disputing his numbers will drop just that he will get more looks. BTW I bet his numbers go up becuase he only played 9 games last year.

His points per game went up from season one to season two, and I don't think Manning will stop his numbers from improving more. I expect similar more catches and more TDs from Shockey.

I think that as a rookie it is easier to throw the deep ball than it is to hit a TE over the middle. I think that throwing to the TE (the short passing game) is not something that comes easy for a rookie.
