joe horn's fantasy potential

ok, im in an 8 man keeper league, and i have joe horn as one of my receivers (alongside harrison and c.johnson)...my question is how do you guys view the production of joe horn this year and maybe next as a fantasy receiver...i'm in a league where almost everyone does not like him, yet seems to avoid the fact that he didn't even play the first four years of his career, thus taking off 4 years of wear-and-tear on the body. technically, he has only played for about 5 years, but has the experience and wisdom of the game like any other vet. He has also produced seasons that have topped eric moulds almost every year in stats (and we all know how valued eric moulds was last year)... so anyway, how do you rate him as a receiver, and what value does he have in a potential trade, thanks in advance

well he's only worth what you can get for him. so according to what you say about your league his trade value isnt very high.

but if i were you i wuld not worry about trading him. he's a very good #2 wr, i have him ranked right outside the top 10. he should record 1000 yard, 7-10 td seasons for a few more seasons at least.

Just think of him as a poor man's TO. I'd keep him on your roster until his value goes back up in your league.

I'd have to put him right around 7 - 10 in WR rankings. In a 3 keeper 8 team league, if you could get anything for him I'd trade him in an instant. Chances are you have more valuable players. Bad news is, so does everybody else. There would have to be a pretty shallow team to trade for him.

horn is a great wr if nobody wants to trade for him then keep him hes a stud

I have him at the lower end of my top ten WRs, like awwchirst. And again, like awwchrist, I think that if you can get some value out of him in a trade, go for it.

Horn is a STUD, he had a bad season...wow. thats only 1 year, if u look at the past 4 seasons, he has at least top 5 in production.
