Amos Zereoue, who was cut by the Pittsburgh Steelers in March after the free-agent signing of Duce Staley, has found a new home. Raiderfans.net has learned that the 5-8, 212 pound running back will join the Oakland Raiders.
The former West Virginia star will most likely fill the role of the departed Charlie Garner
I'll take a flyer on him. Maybe I'm just a mild-Pitt homer, but their O-line did him no favors last season. I know he's a better RB than what Pitt did last year.
Now he's out of the cold and into Oakland, where they've resigned Badger, signed Ron Stone, and picked up Gallery and Jake Grove?

Only 3 leagues this year. No sense in rooting for everyone in the NFL.

Yup, I see it as just another able body to run the ball if need be. There's still no word on how Fargas is recovering from the late season knee injury, so it makes sense to pick up Amos for insurance. As Dazey said......late, late, late pickup if at all.
