...As for my ranking, between you and me, I'm just trying to fool everyone into underestimating the awesomeness that is Hass so that I can land him later in drafts than he has been going. He is truly the undisputed #1 fantasy and real-life QB. ...Keep it on the down-low, though.

1. Peyton - as long as Marvin's there, he's tops
2. C-pepp - finally has a #2 WR
3. McNabb - finally as a WR
4. Hasselback - Could very well lead QBs in TDs this year
5. Vick - Too much injury risk for my liking
6. Pennington - great accuracy + good WR duo
7. Brooks - Seems to have finally gotten the INT problem under control
8. Favre - can't beat the safety of picking Favre
9. McNair - age will finally catch up to him and George
10. Green - Priest keeps padding those passing yards
11. Brady - better offense, least likely to throw INTs
12. Bulger - Lots of TDs, but lots of INTs too.

A lot of these top 10 list have Garcia on them. Do ya'll really think he will do that well in Cleveland?

I think he'll make an increidble backup, but only a fair starter. Garcia had a bad year last year by most reviews and still put up good fantasy number totals. However, in Cleveland, he'll have a lot less to work with. Though conversely, I expect CLE will fall behind often this year, leading to more passing plays.

If Morgan or Davis steps up this year (not counting on it) Garcia will be a steal in most drafts.
