Musta been well rested...
The Lions' first mini-camp of 2004 ended with the annual beep test to gauge the players' endurance after five long full-speed practices over the weekend. The drill is run by all team members, and is scored by the consecutive number of 20-yard dashes each player is able to run. This year Jason Hanson topped the chart with 116, followed by Joey Harrington with 108 and David Kircus and Terrance Holt with 105 each. "Every year the results are different," said Coach Mariucci. "We get to see what they've got left, and who can push through it after five good running practices."
