New League, Looking for suggestions

Ok heres the situation. I joined a league last year with a few friends who were new to fantasy football. They started the league and I joined late. However, I had done plenty before. Now they want me to take over as commish, which Im cool with, but I wasnt a huge fan of sportsline last year and wanted to get your opinions of what works/doesnt work for the other sites.

My league is normal high performance scoring, 10 teams, TE req. It will be a redraft this year, but hopefully go to a keeper or dynasty once Im sure all these guys are serious.

So throw me some of your experiences when you get the time.

I know all of you will have your personal favorites, but I dont want this thread to turn into an arguing match.

It's versatile and the support help is very good as well.
