I'm surprised no has said it yet, but MIN. They made some nice acquisitions both in free agency and the draft, and look to be vastly improved on D this year.

I was gonna throw that one in there, although I think they would more than likely end up in the 11-15 range I think they could surprise a lot of people this year. I'll be keeping them on my list as my #2 DEF behind one of the better teams, that could be available in the last rounds of a draft.

Are you assuming Jamal Lewis wont play this year. 500+ rushing yards in two games.

they may improve in pass d but their dline is in shambles especially at the dt... not to metion the lack of depth at linebacker... Look for one rookie and basically another to be starting (Williams and Pierce) I think this is the year their run D suffers big time. Anyways heres my rankings

Baltimore
New England
Phili
MIA
Carolina
Tennessee
Jacksonville
Buffalo
Dallas
Chicago

I think jacksonville is a huge sleeper... they added some great players and they were great stopping the run game last year. Chicago I think has big time potential especially with the additions of Tommie Harris and Lovie Smith.

True, it may take a while for them to gel. If Ellis stays healthy (big 'IF') he could help the line a lot. I wouldn't take them as my 1st defense, but I may take a late flyer on them.
