been going on longer than 4 yrs. anyone know where to find the chronology for reference?

Im not a supersticious kind of guy, but you just dont bet against a streak this long.

I started catching on in 2001 with Eddie George, then Culpepper in '02, Faulk in '03 and Vick last year.

Eddie George was the first NFL player to be on Madden, before it was just John Madden on the cover. BOOM Tough Acting Tanactin! To get off the topic, Mad TV does a great impression of madden.

On a sidenote the Superbowl was not won by the team that player won the pre-Superbowl Gameday Challenge this year (Steve Smith over Troy Brown) and that was effective for 8 straight years, so who's to say this isn't a year for curses to be broken?

ray lewis on the cover... i dont like that at all. why not torry holt or even jamal lewis, they both earned a chot at the cover (not saying ray dosent deserve it) but hes an accused murderer and those two are at the skilled positions having big years.

4yrs= umm what the hell is going on here
5th year=well if the pattern continues into this yr with Ray Lewis, then my friends we have an undeniable curse on our hands. It just can't be denied. I'm scared.

Jamal Lewis I can see, but Torry Holt? Why would you put him up there as opposed to Randy Moss who had way better numbers?

Has anyone got a case against Priest Holmes appearing on the cover? Broke a great rushing record, was a RBs turn etc etc.
