could this be "the year"? or will he ever have "the year"?
It doesn't need to be in good taste, so long as it tastes good

Rule of thumb:

One must be at least 85 to have "the year" as a Raider. ;-D

I wouldn't mind taking a risk on him as a backup WR. I'm wary of any player on the Raiders' offense.

I think until Jerry Rice retires, Porter will be the #2 WR on the Raiders, he should put up decent numbers this year though. Id draft him around the same time as Warrick and Wayne

Eh, I think Porter can put up some decent numbers this year, but I'm not reaching for him or putting him high on my sleeper list.

This is really a make or break year for porter. He's shown he can light it up. I just hope it happens on a more consistent basis. As a wr he is very dependent on the qb situation. So that will also have much to do with wether he has a big year or not.

Porter has a great chance to have a break out year. The O-line is exponetially better than last year which will help all aspects of the offense. He will be the go to guy if he can learn to work on every play. His size and speed should make him a top 15-20 WR.

He should slip pretty far in most drafts. I though last year was going to be "the year" until he got hurt... I could easily see him on a few of my FFBL teams next year.

the mentoring of rice has to pay off for him sometime. i actually don't know much about him but i can't beleive that rice lets him slack on plays.
if this guy learns to work like rice then he should blow up one of these years and i would say if he does blow up, this is the year he is going to do it.
