Steve will be huge this year methinks. I picked him up in the beginning of the 4th round in a 12 team dynasty league and i am expecting big things... if he can keep from punching teammates that is

Steve Smith is a guy I wouldn't mind having as my #1 fantasy WR. He blew up before last year, was held back at the start of last year, and then blew up again. Canacuna was thankful = awesome last round pickup.
Canacuna actually picked up both Santana and Smith in the later rounds of the draft, but traded Santana after his first big game.

I rank him about #8. He is not in the top tier with R. Moss and Harrison obviously, but in my opinion, it would go Moss, Harrison, Holt, Owens, Ward, Horn, Chad Johnson, and then Santana. I like him higher than Boldin and Mason.
Some of you guys still see Boldin as a top 10 WR, huh?
For me, this will be the yr of the comeback WR. I simply am not going to spend a high draft pick on Boldin and S. Moss types (although I would rate Moss over Boldin all day). I will concentrate on finding the unloved veterans who had bad yrs: like Jimmy and Rod Smith. They can be had a couple rds after S. Moss and Boldin types, and have as good a chance as the more hyped players to put up strong WR numbers.
I agree with the unloved no more respect type of veterans, those types of guys can be gold. In a FF draft me and some of the other cafe guys have been doing I picked up Joe Horn in the 4th, Eric Moulds 5th and Keenan McCardell in the 6th while guys like S. Moss, Bolden, Andre Johnson, Chambers and Boston were coming off the board.
I thought about getting some of these young up and comers but I knew I wouldn't be keeping any WR in that teir as a keepers so I chose to go with a proven veteran.
We will see later in this season how my plan works out.
We're definitely seeing a group of WR forming up behind the top 6 (Moss, Harrison, Holt, Ward, C. Johnson, & Owens in my ranking), that, while not necessarily complete, includes the following:
Steve Smith
Santana Moss
Anquan Boldin
Joe Horn
Laveraneus Coles
Derrick Mason
In addition, I think there are also guys who are big fans of:
Eric Moulds
Chris Chambers
Keenan McCardell
So, while it's vague, I can see Santana Moss being anywhere between the 7th and 15 WR off the board. I think if he was still sitting there after 10 guys went off the board, he'd be a potential "value pick"

Nice rankings cheerleader. The Top 6 seems consensus, but I'd probably rank 7-11:
7. Horn
8. Boldin
9. Smith
10. S. Moss
11. Mason
Matter of opinion, lotta guys could jump up to 7-11, if not 4-6.

Every year these sort of list get put together and it looks as if someone had taken the totals from last year and just kept on going. Let's be real here.... last year at this time we had people like A. Toomer was in the top 10, Joe Horn in the top 7 and names like Mason, S. Moss, Steve Smith where never even heard off. Holt was overlooked much like C. Johnson and this is where we have landed.
With all the change in the NFL, these ranking will become a laughing matter by the end of the season, but I'll throw in my 2 cents.
1. R Moss (Harrison or Moss... watch out for TO)
-------------
2. Harrison (will alway be a top 3 WR)
3. Holt (TO will take the #3 spot)
-------------
** Spots 4-7 may change all together**
4. CJ (he will drop... a new QB will hurt his numbers)
5. TO (swith him with Holt)
6. Ward (He will be #4WR this year with Maddox.. this changes with a Rookie QB)
-------------
7. Boldin (people like him at #7 and I think he will become a #10-15 WR.... look for S. Smith or S. Moss here. They both have the QB's to get them the numbers.
8. Mason (this rating depends on the success of Bennett)
9. Coles (look out... he may move higher)
10. Horn (Horn is a top 7 WR)
11. S Moss
Can you imagine the top 12 as:
1. TO
2. Moss
3. Harrison
4. Ward
5. Holt
6. Horn
7. S. Smith
8. Coles
9. S. Moss
10. Mason
11. A. Toomer
12. Boldin
* As a wild card, I keep my eye on Walker*
Again, if I would of told you last year that S. Smith and C. Johnson would of ended the season in the top 10 you would of thought I was crazy.
(numbers to the right of the player name indicate their current ranking, according to Canacuna. The numbers to the left of the player name in the parenthesis are the rankings Canacuna had given them in February for KingGhidra's Cafe average project.)
1. Randy Moss (1)
2. Marvin Harrison (2)
3. Chad Johnson (3)
4. Terrell Owens (4)
5. Torry Holt (5)
6. Hines Ward (6)
7. Laveranues Coles (7)
8. Steve Smith (10)
9. Joe Horn (12)
10. Derrick Mason (8)
11. Andre Johnson (13)
12. Santana Moss (11)
13. Anquan Boldin (9)
14. Darrell Jackson (18)
15. Eric Moulds (16)
...and because someone mentioned these guys...
18. Amani Toomer (15)
26. Javon Walker (36)
