Buerline on board also

Looks like the Broncos will cut Steve Buerline Monday. hmm, where could he go? I dont think he could fill a starting roll...

I remember when he was a Panther, he had one very good season with them if I remember correctly. He could be a veteran leader. Maybe add him to SF's list?

He should retire IMO, but if he doesnt I wonder where he would go...
But this is exactly when he needs to retire, coming off injury and all

I don't know how efficient he is at mentoring a young QB, but I think there would be several places he could go to fill that kind of role. Don't really want to see him on the field, though.

Remember, Shanahan had to talk him into coming back last yr and if I recall correctly, he only just about managed to convince him to play one more yr. So my guess is that, Buerline is done.

I'm pretty sure it's the end of the line for Buerlein.....unless he ventures into coaching.

I liked watching him play for the Panthers. He'll probably retire though - he was already pretty old when he was in Carolina...

...Maybe he could wind up being the next Neil O'Donnell kind of guy. A late season addition for a team with an injured QB.
