LT has become THE ONLY weapon on the team

Did I miss something? When was there another? No, Boston doesn't count.

Flutie gave respectability to the offense. Boston had much better games with him at the helm and Gates had a few decent games too. It helped alleviate some pressure off LT2. Now San Diego has even less than they had last year. People were desperately trying to trade LT2 after 6 weeks and I fear he may he this year's Ricky Williams.

LT is 4th on my draft board and falling.

In such a scenario, it seems obvious to me that Priest would probably be a serious risk without the benefit of the KC offense; conversely, Tomlinson could, in my mind, become the best running back in the history of the NFL, were he in a situation similar to Holmes'.
The notion that LT may already be the best fantasy back despite the total lack of support in SD is a testament to how talented he truly is. If you're drafting in the one or two spot, you probably can't go wrong either way; however, pound for pound, Tomlinson is the better of the two IMO.

I don't see how any of this matters. LT is NOT in KC and Priest is NOT in San Diego...While your theory may prove what everyone already knows about the two (if you want the best real life team, take LT, if you want the best FANTASY team, take Priest), it has no relevance for fantasy...

I'm not interested in your opinion, Flea Bagger.

Welcome back Warpigs.....haven't seen you around for a while.

As for LT's value, I still have him at #2. He can carry SD on his back.....no use comparing him to Ricky, as talented as Ricky is LT is still the best back in football.

Who are you putting in front of LT?

Holmes?
Green?
Portis?

Portis???? god, I see Portis dropping big time now that he doesn't have those huge gapping holes he had in Denver. We'll really see what Portis is made of now that he has to muscle his way through defensive lineman. Good luck!!!

I have LaDainian in the top two, along with Priest Holmes...

3. Ahman Green
4. Clinton Portis

Give me LT2 over anyone, he's only going to get better, whereas Priest is on the wrong side of 30 and could drop off very fast.
