BAH!!! I stand corrected - shows what happens when someone reads an article title like "Raven's Lewis on Madden 2005 Cover" (or something like that) without reading the article - i humbly beg your apologies -

-- Trial Could Hurt Jamal Lewis' Season -- Thu May 27, 2004 --from FFMastermind.com
The Baltimore Sun reports defense attorneys said they heard a rumor that the trial for Ravens RB Jamal Lewis's drug traffiking charges might be in August, which could affect Lewis' appearances in the preseason and possibly regular season. "If the trial is in August, then the answer is yes, [he will be affected for training camp]," lead defense attorney Donald Samuel said.
Could be some bad news for Lewis owners if it happens
Im not questioning Flux at all, but I have to ask this about the Baltimore Sun. It says the defense attorney heard "rumors"? Seriously, what is this? Would the defense attorney have to go on a rumor?
Just play it safe though everyone, dont draft him. Ill take the chance in the second round on him.
i cant really say i drop him all that much in my rankings, but at the same time, if jlew is available at my pick, i would rather go with the likes of r.williams, e.james, and maybe f.taylor...basically, i would rather play it safe, but i expect him to return to stud-dom this year

The way I see it, I would still take Jamal in the top 8, BUT if you take Jamal in round 1, then you have to turn around and take another RB in early round 2... You can't go Lewis - WR or Lewis - Manning/Culpepper without risking screwing yourself.

The question is:
Does he get off in the pre-season, or does it drag out to week 6?
