Colt's WR Wayne, will he breakout this season?

Dont get me wrong, I think Wayne has the talent, but he'll never amount to much fantasy wise with the people around him.

Manning just has too many targets to go to and with one of those targets being named Harrison, well, you know what im getting at.

The only WR in Indy is and will be for a while Marvin.
