Eddie George to Oakland?

I heard on NFL network that Dallas was interested in George. Why get rid of 3.5 Hambrick for 3.3 George? Maybe they just want a mentor or something like that. At least I can hope that Jones will be good, I know George is not.

From what I've read, there will already be some type of RBBC in Dallas. It sounds like Richie Anderson will be used on third down pretty much all of the time. If Eddie George is brought in to Dallas, it should be to mentor Julius Jones - not to take carries away from him.

However, if Eddie George goes somewhere to win a championship, my bet is he'll go home to Philly. He can provide some veteran leadership, some guidance to Philly's young RBs, and can even contribute on the field there.

If he wants some good carries, the ideal place has got to be Oakland - maybe even a RBBC in Tampa with Charlie Garner (he's a receiver, not a rusher).

I wouldnt touch George in any league. For the good of himself and his numbers oakland would probably get him the most carries although it will be a massive RBBC
