Best in Franchise History

Pro Football Weekly recently sifted through the annals of NFL history to develop a list of 5 candidates deemed "the best in the history of the franchise". Apparently you can vote on profootballweekly.com for the player you think is the best of the best. They will do one team a week between June 6 and Jan 15, starting with Arizona and finishing with Washington. The Panthers candidates are:

KR Michael Bates 1996-2000, 2003-04
QB Steve Beuerlein 1996-2000
PK John Kasay 1995-present
LB Sam Mills 1995-97
TE Wesley Walls 1996-2002

Gotta go with Wesley Walls here. Mills was great, but only for a couple of years. Walls was a consistent Pro Bowler there for 4-5 straight years, wasn't he?
