Wow, nice to see Alworth getting some props in here. Albeit, this is an old thread, but I have to give my favorite non-Colts player some props too. "Bambi" was, and always will be, the man. First AFL'er to be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Over 10,000 yards recieving and a Super Bowl Champ with the Dallas Cowboys.

i would go with winslow and allworth but that is before my time. How about Stan Humphries, Tony Martin, and Natrone? they did take us t o the Superbowl! :-D

All of the people listed were great, but if you want to talk heart and soul of the team, ya gotta put <big> Louie Kelcher </big> at the top (where he usually was when a quarterback was involved)! I love watching <u>Loouuu!</u> play much more than opposing O-lines did! Anyone out there remember the founding member of the Bruise Brothers?
