Football Player on Madden Cover

Guys, you d do know that for 2 or 3 years now the Person on the cover of Madden has had a aweful year.

How do you think Jamal Lewis will fade this year being he's gonna be on the Madden 2005 cover.

Yeah, it's Ray Lewis. I think he will still have a good year. He has been a monster on the field for some time now.

I am not saying I like the guy, but I think he has to be one of the top picks on Defense if you have an individual draft (if not the first).

Considering how dominate Lewis was both on an NFL level and fantasy level, even if he faded a significant bit, he could still be the #1 LB in both regards. He might actually break the curse.

Actually, he wasnt the most dominate LB over the last 5 yrs. If you will remember, 2 yrs ago he had a shoulder injury that kept him out of most of the season.

Because I am not betting against the curse, in IDP leagues, I would avoid drafting RayRay unless he just fell way too far - which obviously isnt going to happen. In team D leagues, I bumped the Ravens below NE for the top D.

Dont bet against the curse.
