Dec. 31, 2002) -- The Cincinnati Bengals will make the first choice of the 2003 National Football League Draft on April 26-27 in New York. The order of the 2003 draft was announced by the NFL.
The Bengals' choice will be followed by the Detroit Lions picking second and Houston Texans third.
Draft-order ties are resolved by the cumulative record of each team's opponents. The team with the weaker opponents receives drafting priority.
Within a tied segment, non-playoff clubs are given priority over playoff clubs. Priority of playoff clubs within a tied segment will be based on their advancement in the playoffs, but they will not drop out of their tied segment unless they participate in the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl champion will select 32nd and the runner-up 31st.

tches trying to cover guys in the secondary. One of them, whom they picked up last year from being a highschool teacher in Kentucky (as the jokes fly). That 1st pick scares me, because after all of these years, I know how Satan....I mean Mike Brown operates. He's infactuated by quarterbacks, but doesn't realize that you need a good system and offensive line to help a qb succeed. I think they should trade the pick and stock-pile picks, because there are a lot of holes to fill. One thing that is encouraging, is that we just interviewed Marvin Lewis today and just got permission to speak w/ Mike Malarkey (offensive coordinator for Steelers). I like both choices. I just pray Satan doesn't hire within the organization again, because all of the freaks within their organization are losers. We need a fresh attitude. But w/ Satan, nothing ever suprises me
