I like taking teams, trading away all their studs, and trying to win with a mediocre if not horrible team. It feels good building the team through drafts and free agency.
The problem with the fantasy drafts is that some of the skill players fall too far. You can easily pick up one of the few 90+ rated RB's/WR's in the 3rd round or later. TE's are even worse. You can pick up one of the big 3 (gonzo/shockey/heap) way back in round 10 or so.
I usually like a rebuilding project of sorts, so I've done one with the Lions and the Bears. I also have the Cowboys in my online league so I've done my longest franchise with them.
