Ratings of Different sites for FFL

I have a league of 12 and we are trying to find the best site to use as far as quality is concerned. I have been playing the CBS Sportsline, but it seems to shut down sometimes. Can anyone guide me to somewhere that provides top notch quality. Does any league emulate the NFL as far as how well a player does. For example, the leagues that I have played in don't nessasarily reward or punish a player for how he played in the game. If there was a league that emulates the NFL in a scoring fashion, I would appreciate it.

Personally, I'd use Yahoo! or AntSports. I don't know the address for the Yahoo! Fantasy Football. But AntSpots URL is http://www.antsports.com
