With Lewis you get 150 tackles, 5 sacks and 3 interceptions. With Strahan you get get 60 tackles and 12 sacks, no INTS.

ok - so you are using projections based on his best 2 seasons.

I see it closer to 120, 2 for Lewis - 126 points
and
50, 15 for Strahan - 95 points.

I stand by my assessment Strahan shouldnt be ranked in the top 20 and possibly not the top 30 for IDPs. His name recognition will raise his price in a draft much higher than he should go.

Dhani Jones will put up more fantasy points than Strahan.

By pure points Strahan isn't top 20.....but he is the best DE in IDP. Since you are generally required to start both a DE and LB, Strahan is top 5.....no doubt about Lewis as #1 though.

So true. I forgot that some leagues break up the DL role into DE and LB. If that is the case, yes, Strahan is a top 5 DE. In standard Yahoo IDP leagues where DEs and LBs are thrown in together as DLs, then tackling LBs rule, so guys like Strahan are worth much less.
