They were both arrested, as was Mike Nattiel(OLB). That is why they brought in Newman, as insurance because Henderson has been in trouble with the law before this event.

I hate it when athletes think they're above the law. Why do athletes always get into trouble? I mean, just cause you make alot of cash-money doesn't give you the right to beat the crap out of a white guy outside a club because he stepped on your kicks. It's not right. I am from MN and I'm a Vikes fan, but things like that really piss me off.
