Advice for adding a new team to a keeper league

Just give the new owner a draft pick based on how good the team he inherited did last year. He's got some keepers on that squad. Worst team gets first pick, Super bowl winner gets last pick.

ou let the team pick from last years roster. We had the same thing happen in our league. I think that it is only fair to do it that way. Not only fair to the person who is taking the team, but it is also fair to the rest of the league.
