I think we got 5 (at least) for #25 Ward

My vote for #26 : M Vick

#26 - McNabb. Though Bennett and Westbrook deserve a look at this spot.

nola_saint wrote:#25 I'll go with Hines, but I think McNabb, Gonzalez, and Westbrook should be mentioned, maybe Hass too, especially over Mason.

Mason's numbers over the last 2 years:

Rec Yds TD's Yds/Game TD's/Game
2002 79 1012 5 72.3 0.4
2003 94 1303 8 81.4 0.5

Looks like good consistent numbers to me. Now let's see Owens numbers over the last 2 years:

Rec Yds TD's Yds/Game TD's/Game
2002 100 1300 13 92.9 0.9
2003 80 1102 9 73.5 0.6

Now, why would I want a guy whose ypg decreased 20% last year over a guy whose ypg increased 11%? And, TO is learning a new offense. I think we can agree that both WR's have nothing around them offensive-wise other than the QB's. But McNair is a much better distributer and defenses can't key on one WR.

#26 Derrick Mason
