New 4 man keeper league forming

I am looking to start a new 12 team keeper leauge that has an entry fee of $30. I am looking to host this on fanball using the commissioner software, and part of the entry fee will go toward that.

Here are some basic rules. I have a copy of the rules printed out directly from fanball that I can send to you. Also keep in mind that I am open to changing rules, although I probably won't change it too much until I get the league filled out...

70% first place
30% second place

Rosters
1QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1K, 1TM, 1Flex(RB,WR,TE)
8 starters, 15 total

Scoring - performance
6 yds for Td's
1pt for every 10 yds rushing/receiving
1pt for every 2 receptions
yard bonuses
negative scoring for FG's, INT's, fumbles lost
