Offensive Rookies

now i know we have long debated topics like this in the past, but there doesn't seem to be any type of conclusion formed (as with most topics i suppose). However, i was wondering, in terms of fantasy production both this year and in the future, who would you rather have on your fantasy squad (pick one from each):

julius jones vs. kevin jones

and

larry fitz vs. roy williams

JJ. No competition for the starting spot. KJ still has a motivated Artose Pinner to contend with.

and

larry fitz vs. roy williams

They are both rookie WRs. I don't care since I won't be drafting either.

this will be the eternal debate...

and no one can tell you until we see these guys play.

I have pick 3 in our rookie draft this year and will be faced with which jones to take... I NEED help at RB... but is JJ the long term solution? or should I take a chance with KJ and hope he beats the loser pinner (he damn well better)... will one of em turn out to be a dud... like plenty of others before him. WHO KNOWS.

Ima go with KJ personally.

My understanding and feeling on the "Great Jones' Debate" is that this was a very weak year for RB's... why would anyone think because they are on team's desperate for RB's that they will be stars? Jackson and Bell have a higher potential to put up great numbers because of the teams they are on over the next few years.

Roy and Fitz... agreed who knows.

ya thats y I am leaning towards KJ...

just about everything I read predraft and the year before had SJ and KJ as the top 2... then there was a gap.. (bell didnt get alot of mentions) Julius was definately seen as having less talent.... I think most people this bcuz hes playin for parcells hell be curtis martin this year... i have alot of doubts

Julius Jones no doubt for reasons stated.

I pick Fitz. But my judgment is clouded. *See Avatar*

Im not that high on either RB, especially JJ. But for right now im gonna say JJ and in around 2-3 years KJ.

JJ for this year, but on a dynasty team I think I would prefer Tatum Bell or Jackson.

I think Fitz will be better this year and in the future. Dennis Green loves him and will make him the center of his offense

JJ is the safest bet just because there's no one to take the job from him and its his.

Roy vs. Fitz. Give my Larry any day of the week. Green is going to give Fitz every opportunity to be a por bowler. Not that Fitz couldnt probably do it without any help from the coach calling plays to make him the team's star, but it'll only help bolster his numbers.
