By Gil Brandt:
Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings have their fifth new defensive coordinator in six years (Ted Cotrell). This is a very interesting team -- they were No. 1 in total offense in 2003, had 28 interceptions and were plus-11 in turnovers, and they still didn't make the playoffs. Punter Darren Bennett and cornerback Antoine Winfield were two really good pickups via free agency. They drafted three defensive players in the first three rounds and added a lot of speed to the defense. Their key to success? They simply must win on the road.
