New York Giants
Much of the Giants is new in 2004. They have a new head coach in Tom Coughlin, who has brought in new coordinators. Most of the questions are on offense, and the man who holds the answers is John Hufnagel, the offensive coordinator previously with New England. His job will involve the development of No. 1 overall pick Eli Manning. If he succeeds, they will probably be good at the end of the season. No one is sure if Kurt Warner has anything left. There are also issues surrounding Jeremy Shockey's foot and how much time he will miss. That needs to be addressed. One guy to watch out for is running back Ron Dayne, who is in the best shape of his life. Coughlin loves to pound the ball, so it will be interesting to see how he uses Dayne.
