The Bucs went from Super Bowl darlings to missing the playoffs. In 2004, head coach Jon Gruden has his work cut out for him. The Bucs lost mainstay defensive players like Warren Sapp and John Lynch, and they're older as a whole defensively. Gruden spoiled Bucs fans by giving them so much success in 2002 and now it's going to be tough to win.
