How do you rank this guy? He has been getting a wide range of different rankings. I think he is about #6. With the job security he may be able to handle himself better. If he could decrease the interceptions I think he could be a top notch guy.
Bulger gets this ranking not cuz of his talent (which isnt much if you ask me) but because fo how powerful everyone around him is. Holt, Faulk, Bruce.... he cant screw up (as much as he tries)
Note: you can see how tired I was before the edit forgetting Hass and McNabb.

Its a toss-up between Bulger and Vick. I would probably pick Bulger over Vick though because in my league we offer way more for completions and Vick runs alot meaning no extra point for that completion so I would rate Bulger at 5. Mine list would be
Though in many mock drafts I have done, you could pick up people like Trent Green, Steve Mcnair, Brooks, Pennington, and even Bulger if you just wait. Average mock drafts I have seen them go about in rounds 5-7 instead of picking the top 4 and Vick in rounds 2-4.

This is what I want to see happen with him this year. I used him as my starter from week three on (having Aaron Brooks was not as good as I had hoped). He just looked lost at times last yearand heaved it to a spot hoping someone would catch it. Normally, it was the other team.
Hopefully he becomes more "matured" as a passer this year and really tries not to force anything. A healthy Marshall Faulk can go a long way to doing that. The Rams thrived on 5 yard dump-offs to Faulk a few years ago, and that's one of the reasons Warner had such a high passer rating.
Their offense will be strong once again, so he will easily duplicate last year's numbers and maybe do a little better. He's surely someone's starting QB in pretty much every league next year.

You are probably in a league then where you dont get points for completions. I must be thankful then

Hehe changes the whole perspective of the way to pick people. Just think about it right now. Manning had 327 points last year just off of completions.

yeah - fear - when I see your rankings scewed to the completion per point system, I wonder why you still have manning after Cpepp. Without looking at stats it would seem to me your #1,2,3 would go something like Manning, Hasselbeck, Green.
