Yeah, they're not rated the same. The top NCAA guys usually come into madden around the high 70's/low 80's. The only problems with importing is that for some reason there always ends up being a shortage at some positions. I dunno if there just aren't enough players that ncaa has going pro or something, but the skill positions usually end up completely tapped out (IE not a single person left) by the middle rounds.

i wonder, can i just rent the NCAA game and then gt the draft classes into madden that way? sorry if this is a dumb question btu i really dont know how it works

Well youd have to simulate the season, but it should work if you do that.

You mean you own Madden and you rent NCAA and you want to upload the draft classes into your own Madden game?

If that's what you mean, the answer is yes.
