How do they refuse? NFLPA (NFL Player Association) has a deal with yahoo and other things like video games and such and if your part of that as a football player, then you can be used in such.

Some players dont agree to join the NFLPA.

For some reason I think I remember Lavar being in it during the preseason last year but was quickly removed.

But I have been known to be wrong many times before ;-7
