If I remember correctly, one is the pre-season rank and another is their "real" ranking based on their fantasy pointage numbers.

They are both pretty much useless but keep in mind that the O-Rank is based on their default scoring system. If you play in a league with a custom scoring system the O-Rank doesn't reflect that.

O rank is the preseason ranking (although i have notcied that it changes a little)

Rank is the current ranking based on that years stats. Currently Rank is based on last year since this year hasnt started yet.

I believe O rank is the yahoo rankings that do change during the year, but rank is the rankings purely for the players stats this year. For example, they could have Priest Holmes O rank #1, but if after the first week Holmes doesn't score and Michael Bennett scores 3 TD's, then Holmes would still be number 1 on O rank but Bennett would be #1 on rank...

The people that run Yahoo! Fantasy Football must be a bunch of dillweeds. They've removed Ricky Williams at #6 and replaced him with...

Mike Cloud!

Is that based on rumors that he'll be traded to Miami? If not, he's the third running back on the Patriots depth chart!!!

O Rank takes into account past years, Rank does not. O Rank is a formula which I think is 25-50-25 for the past three years.
