Keeper
You will be able to keep 4 players each year, 3 without penalty. If you decide to keep your 4th player you will lose your 1st round pick in next years draft. That is consequently averaged out to a 4th rounder with 3 keepers per team.

Drafts
The drafts will be held each year, with the order randomly selected this year and done by winning % the years to follow. We will hold a rookie draft every year that consists of 2 rounds. The rookie draft is held before the veteran draft.

I am part of this league. Just to let everyone know, I am the manager of the second team and have no thoughts of giving up my team. I don't know where people were getting the idea of me leaving, but I am here to stay, unless the league folds like womens soccer.
