well haven't been here in a while. The correct awnser is Marshall weith 2. The key to the awnser "during the BCS era. There were many other of what are now the non BCS schools that have had more hiesman finalists.

I would like to include Lefty (cause he should have been included as a finalist but was not).

On another note. Marshall has also had 1 winner of the Walter Payton award (the division 1-AA version of the hiesman trophy). Anybody know who that was?
You could think of government workers like teenagers. You pay them an allowance, but do you get any work out them? They eat the food, put their feet on the furniture and complain loudly whenever they are unhappy.
