This is it, the chance to build your franchise from the ground up! I have created a league that I hope will last for several years to come, and should be lots of fun with serious owners that will return each year. Here is the league information. (Since this is the first year, all stats are negotiable, so feel free to add your ideas):

This league has been set up on Yahoo Fantasy Football Plus. Therefore, there will be a yearly charge for playing. This year it will be $20 per team, and that will include all the extras Yahoo has to offer.
