K-Rob vs. J. Walker

Whom would you rather have in a dynasty league that scores 6 points per TD, 1 point every 10 yds rec/running and 3 points every 5 rec.

I like K-Rob much better because Walker is more of a hit or miss type of player, while K-Rob will give you very good stats with the potential to break out huge.

I like Javon in this situation, but K-Rob could make a very nice #3 WR this year.

I like KROB for the fact that receptions are rewarded. Green Bay tends to spread the ball out a lot which means no receiver has an overwheling amout of receptions in a game... Seattle does spread it out but to a lesser extent.

Very interesting. You know I consider Javon Walker to be the 2003 version of Koren Robinson? Very similar circumstance.

Seattle
Year 1: Darrell Jackson had a breakout season for 1100 yards 8 TDs.
Year 2: Jackson gets injured and Robinson steps up and becomes "the next big thing" in year 3 drafts.
Year 3: Jackson becomes an afterthought, going in round 10 in drafts. Jackson proves he is still the sheriff in town for Seattle.

Green Bay
Year 1: Donald Driver had a breakout season for 1100 yards and 9 TDs.
Year 2: Driver gets injured and Walker steps up and becomes "the next big thing" in year 3 drafts.
Year 3: ???

So far Driver is an afterthought, going in round 10 in drafts. Coincidence...?

Thankfully people aren't overreacting and taking Walker in the 3rd/4th like K-Rob was going in 2003. In Walker's defense, he is a nice physical specimen and went to Florida St. We all know how good those FSU WRs are.

Although I am big on Javon, and the rest of the pack's receiving corps, I have to go with K-rob on here. Having him last year, he did put up pretty consistant numbers.. well minus the few td's he got. He was covered a lot though good last year, and since darrel jackson came out, almost as the go to guy, coverage will be split up.. I have a feeling it'll almost be like the holt/bruce situation in St. Louis.. 2 1000 yard + receivers, with one catching more touch downs than the other.. who will that be though? I have no idea.

As for the Javon, the only reason I didn't choose him was because of what someone said earlier. The packers are known to spread the ball out, alot. Bubba, Ferguson, Driver, Ahman, Walker, Henderson.. The list goes on. I don't really see any of the packers receivers being better than the others.. They'll all put up pretty good numbers I believe tho, because they still have favre as their qb.

I like K-Rob better here because of the receptions factor. The ball isnt nearly as spread around in Seattle as in GB, where Favre has many options to go to.If at any point Walker were to falter, Driver or Ferguson would be right there to step in and step it up. K-Rob only basically has Jackson and occasionally Alexander to worry about split touches. Thats IMO. Plus K-Rob is alittle more experienced, already being starting#1 reciever in two years ago, with Walker just starting to get consistent play time.

Is everyone forgetting about Bobby Engram here? He is possibly the best #3 WR in the league, and everyone talks about how Seattle won't spread around the ball, the only discrepancy is that the Green Bay RBs will catch more passes than the Seattle RBs.
